SpiceKlub redefines vegetarian food experience by adding a WOW factor using molecular gastronomy whilst retaining the authenticity of the Indian food. The brand SpiceKlub is owned and operated by Gupta Brands LLP, based in Mumbai, who have an extensive and successful experience in the food industry since 1972.
In the search to elevate vegetarian dining to the next level by pushing boundaries, Gupta Brands LLP stumbled upon the concept of molecular gastronomy. They decided to take the challenge to incorporate molecular gastronomy into vegetarian food whilst retaining the essence of the dish. After traveling and tasting authentic foods in different parts of India over a number of months, SpiceKlub opened its door in Mumbai in 2014. Before SpiceKlub opened its door, no one had ventured into Indian vegetarian molecular gastronomy to the extent they do. The food and experience at SpiceKlub has been a winner since opening due to the uniqueness, flavors and authenticity coupled with the playful integration of molecular gastronomy. SpiceKlub has revolutionized the vegetarian Indian food experience.
SpiceKlub whips up a scrumptious range of delicacies from different parts of India. Each dish is a piece of art carefully plated up by our chefs using test tubes, syringes, beakers, dry ice and several other elements, to toy with your senses and perception of Indian food.
